Is anxiety an issue? I focus on helping anxious and overthinking people, from the Neurodivergent to those with genetic and generalized anxiety. I also work with depression, mood disorders, and trauma. I teach university courses online, including classes on Psychopharmacology, so I can be an excellent resource for your psychiatrist or general practice doctor in helping you with medications. I also have extensive experience with personality disorders. I am licensed in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Arizona. I also help with life coaching, career coaching, and business coaching. I am known for being compassionate, kind, and an advocate.
With a Doctorate in Psychology and two master's degrees, one in Management & Leadership, I can help people to become their very best.
