I am a Psy.D., Doctor of Psychology, university professor with 14 years of direct counseling experience and am licensed in multiple states. I am greatly experienced in helping people on the autism spectrum lead fuller lives and go beyond the doubt and anxiety that occurs with autistic traits. Anxiety, depression, and autism are my primary focus. Autism-I'm slightly on the spectrum myself. I get it. Anxiety-Overthinking and rumination-I can help. Depression-Often the result of anxiety. Mood Disorders-deceased spouse was BP1. I know it. Childhood Emotional Neglect-Autistic mother, know it.
I seek solutions for people. I do much more than just listen. I am also a coach and teach sports psychology at a Texas university. I build people. I elevate them. I encourage them and help them deal with guilt and shame, the two most destructive of emotions and thoughts.
