About
Hello and welcome. I work with women, men and couples. Working through unresolved issues and unlocking your unconscious will allow you to live and love with joy and purpose. Common areas of conversation are: How to create and maintain healthy, vibrant, evolving relationships, Finding meaning and purpose in work and play, Exploring and working through unresolved family dynamics, disappointments and trauma. Understanding and working through, and overcoming anxiety and depression. Real change is possible: Today does not have to be like yesterday and tomorrow does not have to me like today.
I taught Couples therapy at the Masters and Ph.D. level. I started a business at 25 and was on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine @ 26. I understand pain of difficult relationships and I know the joy of having amazing relationships. I am able to meet you where you are and to help realize your dreams.
I welcome your inquiry. Finding the right therapist is very important. Like all relationships, it can be hit or miss but the right match can lead to real, powerful change and growth.
