Starting therapy can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I work with adults 18+ navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, mood disorders, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also support clients facing academic and career stress, relationship issues, creative blocks, and gaming addiction. My approach blends CBT, ACT, solution-focused, and strength-based therapy. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and build practical tools for growth, clarity, and resilience—at your pace and on your terms.
My background includes inpatient, college, and outpatient settings, where I’ve supported clients in crisis, led therapy groups, and provided psychological assessment. I aim to create a space that’s grounded, collaborative, and goal-oriented. Whether you’re stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking change, therapy can help you move forward with direction and purpose.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, cooking, photography, golf, basketball, and making music. These activities help me stay grounded and creative—something I encourage in my work with clients.
