As a CSAT, I help clients move beyond simply trying to “stop the behavior.” Together, we identify the underlying patterns driving it. This is often stress, shame, boredom, emotional avoidance, or unmet needs. My approach is direct, structured, and focused on helping you become more honest, connected, and aligned with the man you want to be.

Repairing trust after betrayal is painful, but meaningful change is possible. I help individuals and couples rebuild trust, improve communication, and create healthier relationship patterns through honesty, accountability, and clear direction.
