Individual therapy is about your story and then what you are going to do about it. Men's groups provide a safe place for speaking your truth, compassionate feedback, commitments, laughter, and camaraderie. My couples work focuses on understanding the differences between men and women and unwinding and healing old wounds. Affairs are a specialty.
