I hold a BSW from UH-Downtown and an MSW from UH-GCSW, where I was a Trauma Fellow and GLOBE Youth Behavioral Health Fellow. I became a therapist because I love helping people and find joy in seeing change and growth in those who are struggling. I’ve aimed to bring a relaxed, supportive, and open approach to therapy. I believe healing happens best when therapy is guest-centered and guest-led—we’re a team, and I’m here to walk alongside you. I am LGPTQ+ally. I believe everyone deserves a change to change. I also am visually impaired.

I have experience as a student and family counselor at a private high school, where I provided school-based mental health services focused on supporting students and families dealing with anxiety and depression. I’ve also worked with incarcerated young adult males in mental health and substance use treatment.

Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, watching travel documentaries, and spending quality time with family and friends. Fun fact—I was once attacked by an ostrich! I’m also visually impaired, which has shaped my resilience and perspective. I often remind myself, “But for the grace of God, there go I.”
