Groups
Men's Sexual Recovery Group
The Men's Sexual Recovery Group is a Virtual online therapist-guided experience to help men who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography/masturbation compulsivity, and/or infidelity. A free screening interview by Dr. Kindley and signed confidentiality agreement is required for admission to the group. Clients commit to at least one month's participation. Through the group process, emotional intelligence and anxiety regulation is enhanced, shame is reduced, and clients are better equipped to handle triggers, urges and to thrive in their relationships.
