No journey is too big or small, I believe in honoring all of life’s moments with my clients in a nonjudgmental environment.
I believe the counseling experience should be unique for each person. I help my clients to manage their anxiety before their anxiety manages them. I work with my clients to discover the message their depression is trying to tell them. I help clients to discover old unhealthy patterns and coping skills and to seamlessly replace them with new healthy skills.
I have been trained to use multiple evidence-based practices in my work, including Mindfulness Based Strategies, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care. I understand that reaching out for help is the hardest part of change, change that you may doubt is even possible. I firmly believe that the life you desire is possible, and so will you.
