Our bodies, being the center of human experience, are the greatest sources of guidance through feelings, sensations, and reactions. When our natural response to life is shamed or rejected we cease belonging to life and to ourselves. When we are able to allow these feelings to flow through us, our whole selves become a part of life.
As a Body-Centered Psychotherapist I am committed to the deepening of a person's relationship to their intuition, feelings, and gifts. These relationships illuminate a way to navigate the difficult mysteries of life's struggles, such as divorce, addiction, parenthood, or depression.
