As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, I create a supportive space where clients feel encouraged on their journey toward healing and growth. I work with individuals, couples and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship issues and those seeking faith-based counseling. I am also passionate about working with people from different cultural backgrounds, artists, musicians and creatives. I have traveled extensively to China and Vietnam, gaining a deep appreciation for different cultures and ways of life which allow me to approach counseling with curiosity and humility.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based including Person-Centered Therapy (empathy and acceptance), and Motivational Interviewing (self-awareness and overcoming ambivalence). Together, we will explore your goals to support meaningful and lasting change.
