I work with Individuals experiencing diff life adjustments, overwhelm, depression, anxiety, phobias and panic attacks, eating disorders, grief and loss. Couples searching for more passion or change in their relationships. Adolescents that are oppositional, challenged with drug abuse and blended family issues or self-image concerns. I treat most addictions, and work with soldiers & families!
I think we all take ourselves too seriously at times, and we would all be better off if we paid closer attention to the children around us who live in the moment, forgive others quickly of mistakes, and are wonderfully curious about the world they live in!!
