I see adults with a host of concerns including anxiety, PTSD, depression, anger, grief, and managing life crises. I integrate psycho-educational support to help manage distressing thoughts, emotions, and reactive behaviors. As a clinician specializing in family therapy, I work with couples navigating their relationship as well as parenting roles.
