Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and move toward meaningful change. Together, we'll work to help you develop greater self-awareness, deeper connections, and the ability to live with more peace, purpose, and self-respect.

I work primarily with adults facing anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, men's issues, problematic sexual behavior, pornography addiction, and concerns related to faith and spirituality. Many of my clients are people who have spent years taking care of others while neglecting their own emotional well-being.

With 25+ years of experience, I offer a practical, compassionate approach tailored to your unique needs rather than a one-size-fits-all formula. I work hard to balance empathy with honesty and humor, helping clients feel both supported and challenged as they move toward meaningful change. I often use a mix of techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. My clients have a big voice in the direction of therapy. Homework is helpful but always optional. I see myself more as a facilitator and coach than an evaluator or referee.
