I help men and relationships of all configurations heal from trauma, life transitions, conflict, and grief so they can feel more connected to themselves and the people they love. Are you feeling stuck in the same arguments, struggling with negative internal narratives, or just carrying more stress than you can manage? Maybe you’re exploring your identity, working through old wounds, or grieving and wondering if life could feel lighter. I can help you strengthen intimacy, improve communication, and feel more at home in your own story. In our work together we'll slow things down and notice what's really happening beneath the surface.

We’ll untangle the patterns that keep you stuck, explore how the past shows up in your present, and build new ways of relating to yourself and the people you care about. As a gay therapist, I use Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy in a warm, understanding, and collaborative way. I'm also known to add a dash of humor and sarcasm!
