I specialize in treating grief, loss, complex trauma, and major life transitions using attachment-based therapies and Internal Family Systems. I enjoy helping people navigate things like the coming out process, grieving a death or anticipated one, relational struggles, exploring their sexual and gender identities, loss, major life transitions, and more.

It can be ambiguous if we are grieving relationships with people who are still alive, but not in our lives.
