My name is Garrett. I’m a Gestalt therapist shaped by various modalities and over a decade of learning within western and indigenous traditions. These paths have given me tools to support others with presence, compassion, and care. H.E.A.L. I work well with people of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, or just feeling stuck. Together, we create a safe space to explore what’s going on and move toward healing.
