I tailor the interventions I use whether it is primarily CBT, DBT, exposure therapy, person-centered therapy, or a mix to the individual as best suits them. Over my years of being a therapist, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of clients from many different backgrounds and unique struggles.
My goal in session is to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where we can explore life’s challenges and how to foster positive growth. I want to meet you where you are at wherever that may be. I want to work to strengthen your resilience and develop stronger skills and insight to allow you to better manage your struggles.
