I have been trained in brainspotting and have seen firsthand the healing it can bring. Our brains our powerful and unique, but often store unfinished business and unprocessed trauma which leaves emotional scars inside or even physical pain. But with this approach, you can leave feeling relieved and hopeful with quick responses.
Although I have experience and enjoy working with all individuals, my specialty is working with children using Play Therapy. As a Registered Play Therapist, I am able to use children's natural ability to play to help build a trusting relationship and improve emotional and behavioral well-being.
I enjoy working with parents through this process providing a safe outlet for both you and your child, while teaching different techniques to help at home. After counseling, I believe you and your child will be happier, healthier, and have the skills needed to resolve issues when they arise.
