I blend Person-Centered Counseling, Narrative Therapy, somatic approaches, EMDR, and existential techniques to help untangle your brain, body, and the bizarre stories life keeps feeding you. Sessions with me are conversational, judgment-free, sometimes weird, and yes—dark humor is absolutely welcome. Sometimes laughing at the chaos is the healthiest thing you can do.
I especially love working with other clinicians and health-care professionals—therapists, nurses, doctors—because I get the pressures, the burnout, and the high expectations, and I know how important it is to have a space where you can be honest and human.
Some days we’ll dig into thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Other days we’ll focus on practical tools, trauma processing, or the big existential questions. The best thing I can offer anyone is just being a real person who cares. My goal is to create a space that’s serious about growth—but human enough to laugh at how messy life can sometimes be.
I teach counseling to undergrads and grad students, which is just a fun way to keep learning myself and stay curious. And it occasionally reminds me how complicated life looks when you’re running on no sleep and way too much coffee.
Outside the office, I play guitar in an emo band, proving that adult adulting is optional and feelings are mandatory.
