After initial assessments, you develop your goals for counseling and Garrett will develop a roadmap to those goals, using and teaching specific techniques to continue to build on a solid foundation.

For years, Garrett has served couples dealing with infidelity and betrayal, addicts seeking sobriety, and families affected by the addictions of those they love. Using Patrick Carnes’ book “Facing The Shadow” we will engage focused skill building, completing specific exercises that link together to form a cohesive whole toward sexual relationship integrity. Some of the exercises group members will complete are Learning and inventorying 14 ways to distort reality. Practice accountability and empathy. Learn different ways to define sex addiction.
