Our Anxiety and Depression Group, is a 8 week group which focuses on the whole person to get to the root cause of their depression and anxiety. We employ a Holistic model which emphasize, Nutrition, Life Style, Spirituality & Cognitive Behavioral focuses. In these sessions We empower and equip our clients to eradicate depression and anxiety from their lives. We promote Whole-Health and believe healing begins with acknowledgement and commitment to create change.
