I am heavily trained in suicide prevention and intervention. I am also trained in various evidence based trauma interventions including EMDR. I have completed trainings in disordered eating and body image issues. I have lived experience and professional training with regards to issues the LGBTQ+ community faces, as well as non-traditional relationships.
I believe in client led sessions and client wisdom. I believe that laughter is just as important as taking our issues seriously.
