I am passionate about working with individuals and families navigating trauma and its effects. I use various modalities to foster self-exploration and expression and tailor my work to each client's needs and goals for themselves. I understand how past experiences can greatly affect our present day lives and believe in the power of processing the past.
As a child of immigrants, I understand the impact of intergenerational trauma and use modalities such as EMDR to help break cycles of harm. I am a deep listener and infuse my work with non-judgment and would love the opportunity to help you find your most authentic sense of self while unpacking the events and experiences that brought you to therapy.
