Over the last 5 years I have navigated the healthcare and education systems which has informed my community- and relationship-centered approach to therapy. During these times I have supported clients in building executive functioning skills, coping with family/relationship stress, bullying, autism, anxiety, racism, body image issues, grief and depression.
