I work at the intersection of trauma, identity, and the body — using EMDR, somatic approaches, and narrative therapy to address what lives below the surface of conscious thought. My background in law enforcement gives me an unusually clear view of how systems shape people, and informs work that is both structurally aware and deeply personal.
