God called me into the world of counseling as an educator. Helping students navigate life and find solutions to their challenges. It was then that I knew that God was leading me down a path to help people....but in a different way. As a clinician, I understand that there are times in our lives where we may find ourselves in a place that feels hard to come out of alone. We may feel, STUCK, overwhelmed, depressed, or even anxious. Trying to figure out how to navigate these BIG emotions can be challenging. The good news is that you are NOT alone! I want to help as you take the first step in becoming the BEST version of yourself.
I embrace an integrative model to counseling that is faith based, integrating Christian principles with counseling techniques (If requested). I work with ages 12yrs+, specializing in adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships and more. Let's walk through your experiences, perceptions, and dive into a self-reflecting journey.
