I love talking to people and helping them find their own distinct pathway to happiness and fulfillment. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Training, and Hypnosis to help you discover how wonderful life can be. My specialty is teaching clients to create the mind-body connection.
If you have behaviors that are weighing you down, we can utilize hypnotherapy to re-program your subconscious mind. I use Positive Psychology to focus on your strengths and build on those natural assets. I believe in the power of family systems. I work with individuals, couples, and children to correct dysfunctional patterns in families.
