Healing begins when you finally have a space where you no longer have to carry everything alone. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin healing. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing individual, group, and family therapy. With over a decade of experience in mental health, I use approaches including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.
I provide individual, group and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have a decade of experience in the field of mental health. My theoretical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy; however, adjustments and approaches are made to tailor to the needs of each client.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and tend to what’s been weighing on you.
