So many times, communication gets in the way of being able to deal with the real issues so there is no real resolution. I also have a great desire and many year of experience in working with women's issues. Each individual experience we go through, does affect us, however, that does not mean that we cannot change the way we respond to situations or the way we think about things.

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary, and I have over 10+ years of experience working in various clinical settings, including community mental health centers, hospitals, churches, inpatient facilities, addiction facilities, and private practices. My approach to therapy is integrative and holistic, combining evidence-based practices with a Christian worldview.

While talking about past experiences may be an important part of our work, growth manifests through present integration.
