The decision to seek therapy is usually at a difficult time in ones life. It isn't always easy, but can be life changing. As a therapist my main goal is establish a healthy therapeutic relationship with my clients. In my practice I work primarily with addictions (gambling/alcohol) and the effects on the individual and the family. I also work with individuals dealing depression, anxiety, women's issues, as well as those struggling in their relationship/marriage. I use cognitive behavioral therapy with my clients and I truly put forth the effort to individualize each therapeutic session to fit my clients needs.

They desire a life marked by healing, sobriety, and spiritual fulfillment. My name is Tiffany and I have bee working with individuals for over 20 years in the field of Social Work. I have providing therapy for the majority of these years. I love being able to work with and support individuals with a verity of needs. My ideal client is someone who is willing to try and not perfect. I feel everyone has a story to tell and I love listening to people and learning about them as well as developing a plan. Joel earned his Master's in Social Work from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Joel has been practicing in the field for 10 years. Joel completed a 2 year counseling residency where he was extensively trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Gottman Couple's Therapy and in treating personality disorders. Joel also led DBT skills training group therapy for nearly 2 years during his residency. Since, he has been trained in Level 1 and 2 of EMDR. Joel has worked with substance related issues for the duration of his practice.
