I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma (accidents & abuse), migraines and integration after addictions' treatment. I seek to understand how you experience your life and troubles, then help you develop coping and stabilization skills. When ready we explore & heal the deeper wounds and patterns that keep you stuck.
My work is influenced by a number of powerful treatment approaches, but even more important is the relationship I establish with my clients based on positive regard, caring and safety. This allows EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Sensorimotor Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to be used to their full potential.
