Tammy practiced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy while at The Menninger Clinic, and continues to utilize evidenced based treatments. She supervises graduates seeking LPC licensure, is a Certified Group Psychotherapist through the American Group Psychotherapy Society, Addictions Counselor and certified post-graduate of UHCL's Art Therapy program.

Now accepting candidates, male and female. This group will utilize psychodynamic and psychoeducational (CBT&DBT) interventions in order for participants to develop the ability to manage anxiety, depression and stress.
