My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment as we explore these parts of you, and find a path to your goals and a happier more fulfilling life.
I collaborate with individuals, families and couples to invite self awareness and ease into their daily lives, and to the conflicts that inevitably arise internally and in relationships. For the past 20 years I have been working with people from various backgrounds both locally and internationally in many different settings.
It is truly humbling to witness people as they confront and master their challenges, get to know themselves, and find compassion towards all of who they are.
