I practice holistic and somatic trauma psychotherapy, integrating traditional focus on thoughts and feelings as well as the body and the nervous system. My approach is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment theory, and parts work. I specialize in working with individuals living with chronic and invisible illness, as well as their caregivers.
