I want to offer my support as you refine your experience of yourself, and of being in the world. There are as many models to explain how people change as there are therapists, and I see my role as helping you to craft a model that leverages your existing strengths and insight. Above all, my goal is to inspire confidence that health is possible and to provide encouragement as you generate the movement that propels you, your relationship, or your family, forward into health.
In addition to my training as a Psychotherapist, I am a Guild Certified practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education, I hold an MFA in visual art, and I am a student and teacher of the Japanese art of Aikido.
