The therapeutic approaches of cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies give individuals the tools they need to recognize unhealthy coping styles and to replace them with healthier, more effective ones.
Each person coming into counseling has their own individual needs. As a therapist, I want to partner with my clients to identify their goals and help them on their journey to a healthier and more satisfying life.
