Teen Wellness Night
Teen Support Night is a welcoming group designed to help teens build confidence, improve communication, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthy peer connections in a supportive environment. Each group includes interactive activities, games, team-building exercises, and discussions focused on real-life challenges teens may face. Topics may include stress management, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationships, decision-making, problem-solving, and positive coping strategies. The goal is to create a fun, engaging space where teens feel supported while learning practical skills they can use in everyday life.
