As a former CPA who has found her true self as a therapist and coach, I understand the unsettling feelings that persist in alerting you that something in your life is off and needs attention. The uncomfortable feeling sent me on my own journey to explore the mind-body connection. In addition to traditional psychotherapy and coaching skills, I also trained as a yoga teacher and a Healing Touch Practitioner. As a result of my journey, I came to know how right it feels when you are living in alignment with your true self.
Combining years of professional training, with my unique perspective from life lessons and teachings from my roles as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, I work with my clients to guide them through the minefields of anxiety, self-doubt, fear and distorted perceptions as they navigate the transitions and challenges of life.
I use a unique approach combining mindfulness, somatic techniques and motivational interviewing, existential, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, along with energy psychology to find the most effective and powerful results. Understanding the connection between mind, body and spirit is my passion and I bring my passion to my work with my clients.
