At the New England Center for OCD and Anxiety (NECOA), I believe that no matter how overwhelming life may feel right now, there is a clear path forward. I am dedicated to providing a warm, inclusive, and evidence-based environment for children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate the complexities of OCD, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
With more than three decades of experience supporting individuals and families, I bring a deep, specialized understanding of the unique mental health challenges we face today. I know that the events of recent years have left many feeling depleted, but resilience is within your reach.
Utilizing ERP, CBT, ACT, and DBT, I support clients to regulate their nervous system and cultivate psychological flexibility to be carried over to everyday life. My practice includes individual therapy, SPACE and Failure to Launch parenting groups, and mindfulness mentoring intensives.
My approach is not just about managing symptoms—it is about helping you or your child transition from a state of chronic stress to one of lasting stability.
