About
I offer deep therapy based on attachment theory and communication skills development, depending on your needs, to engage you (and/or your partner) in a meaningful and heartfelt exploration of your life support needs. Move past limiting thoughts and behaviors and develop deeper connections. Clients have said that they appreciate my non-judgmental, yet direct approach. My response - "I am in your corner, routing for you". It takes courage but once you embark on this journey you will say, "Why didn't I do this sooner"?
I offer an eclectic approach that uses Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), Emotion Focused Therapy, mindfulness, DBT, Imago, narrative therapy, and the MBTI to support sustainable improvement in your relationship(s). My approach works deep and sustains relationships beyond skills-based approaches. I am PACT Level II certified.
Research shows that the choice of a therapist should be based on empathetic affinity, a sense of hope, and a sense of direction. Choose well, work hard, enjoy! Life teaches us much. My life experience, knowledge, insight, and caring, enables me to offer you the chance to improve your life.
