I have experience with severe mental health issues in residential and private practice with individuals, couples, and groups. I focus on concerns relative to grief, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, stress tolerance, chronic pain management, difficult relationships, self-esteem, parenting challenges, concerns of the aging, military issues, and trauma.
I use a variety of techniques from various evidence-based therapies including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), prolonged exposure, cognitive behavioral (CBT), rational emotive behavior (REBT), narrative, solution-focused brief, person-centered, and dialectical behavioral (DBT).
