I work with clients from various walks of life, including those who have faced trauma, grief, and life transitions. I work with individuals and relationships of all constructs. My training includes a specialization in LGBTQIA+ Affirmative Therapy. I proudly identify as a queer lesbian and I am passionate about providing competent, informed therapy and assistance to all of my kin in the Queer community. This includes the unique life challenges LGBTQIA+ folks face like coming out, religious trauma, body dysphoria, social and medical transitioning, relationship challenges, and internalized shame and oppression.
I understand the reality that each of us is uniquely molded and affected by many different intersections of life experiences, identity, systems and environments. My work is largely integrative, and as we witness these life intersections together, the best methods and modalities of healing will make themselves known.
I believe in the strength of your own intuitive healing compass that will guide you toward taking agency over the trajectory and shape of your life. I work with you to uncover what this means for you, as an individual who is made up of many parts, and who is also part of a larger whole.
