I have a background in the enneagram, conscious parenting, relationship addiction, depression and anxiety. I enjoy working with women (I work with men as well) in all transitions of life trying to free themselves from toxic relationships in order to find their best selves and to pursue healthier relationships. I also treat codependency, relationship/love addictions, and some forms of trauma. I am certified by Evergreen in addiction and trauma therapy. My primary mode of work is CBT along with eastern wisdom/mindfulness.
I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP), A Certified Conscious Parenting Coach through Dr. Shefali's Parenting Institute, a Certified Enneagram Professional (IEA) and a licensed therapist. My role is to provide an empathetic, safe, non-judgmental space that allows for quality inner work, while assisting clients in pursuing their treatment goals.
I want to help my clients build lives that are meaningful to them. I believe my clients have the potential to bring meaning into their lives through the cultivation of self-awareness and self-growth.
