Initially, I will gather information about your unique situation and ascertain what you hope to achieve through counseling. Together we will devise a plan that is both attainable and understandable for your unique needs. Treatment concludes as soon as your goals are met.
The fee is $160 per session for individual, couples or family therapy regardless of the number of persons attending. Most types of insurance will cover outpatient mental health counseling.
