The only constant in life is change. Experiencing a change whether external, such as a career change, end of a relationship, or move to a new area, or internal, such as reexamining who you are and why you are here, can be both stressful and life-affirming. For most of us, change is a challenge because it involves stepping into the unknown into an uncertain future. As a veteran of many transitions, I know that these periods of uncertainty are the perfect opportunity to learn about yourself and to grow in ways that will allow you to be more fully you.
I transitioned from work as a Certified Public Accountant, to a corporate trainer, to a counselor and a coach as I followed my inner voice and moved in the direction that helped me feel fully alive. I understand the stages of change and the necessity of aligning your beliefs with your vision for your future.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 13 years. I am also a graduate of the International Coach Academy and a Board Certified Coach. My passion is helping others overcome their self-perceived limitations in order to live their most authentic life.
