Have you been talking to therapists over the years with little change? Or have the feeling that your words are covering over rather than opening up? I work with adults from an expressive point of view. My focus is on helping you to create a sense of order and meaning from the inner chaos. Together we will explore what has gone on in your life, where you want to go, and what is keeping you from doing this with ease. I welcome the opportunity to accompany you, support, and respectfully witness your process.

I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, with issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, creative blocks, acculturation, and change of life events. I believe in the past informing the present and in using your strengths to create a future of your own choice.

My training is in art therapy, developmental psychology, and psychoanalysis. Creativity is not a rare talent: It is a resource we all use daily to solve problems and move through life. I work in the intersection of emotions, ideas, images, and, words.
