Life on the autism spectrum, or living with ADHD, epilepsy, or learning differences can bring all kinds of unknowns. The future can feel scary and lonely, and there’s a lot to figure out. You‘ve got ways to cope, but you want to thrive. On your terms, and in your own way. If someone you love is navigating young adult or adult life on the neurodivergent spectrum, you have questions and uncertainties, too, and support isn’t easy to find. Imagine having someone to talk to who understands the stress and weight of the challenges you face. Imagine having a safe, open, and supportive environment to be yourself and explore a hopeful future.

I don’t just work with neurodivergent clients, I live a neurodivergent life with my family, too. Supporting my ND clients is a passion, but I am also a heart attack and cancer survivor, and I know how stressful acute/chronic illness can be for you and your family. Additionally, I have spent my career in demanding jobs, and I understand stress and burnout.
I believe that there are many paths to fulfillment and success. I want you and the people you love to feel empowered about your future. I believe that there is more than one way to approach therapy, and together we can collaborate to create a plan that meets your unique needs and goals. When you're ready, please contact me. I would be honored to help.
