I am a grief therapist specializing in traumatic loss.
Grief can be one of life's most painful and isolating experiences. Whether your loss was sudden or expected, I provide a compassionate space to help you navigate the emotional impact while honoring your unique relationship with the person who died.
I work with bereaved parents and adults facing profound losses, including suicide, overdose, homicide, and other sudden or traumatic deaths. I also support individuals experiencing anticipatory grief, end-of-life concerns, and complicated grief.
In addition to my private practice, I have worked for 15 years as a hospice bereavement social worker, providing individual counseling, facilitating grief support groups, and clinically supervising bereavement staff. I also provide case consultation for licensed therapists and other mental health professionals seeking support with complex grief cases.
