Our beliefs about ourselves, our behaviors, our relationship patterns, our emotional habits- are all shaped around and layered on top of those early experiences. And some of the things we're used to telling ourselves are just not true! So often the coping mechanisms we develop to survive in childhood don't serve us as adults. I would love to help you identify those early experiences that might be keeping you stuck.
