I work with adult women with complex trauma, working through interpersonal relationship dynamics and co-occuring disorders/behaviors, to discover new ways to meet and advocate for their needs and fulfill their life goals.
My therapeutic approach is designed to address barriers to self-development across the lifespan. I work with a bottom up/top down approach to address developmental trauma. I offer Polyvagal Therapy, Safe and Sound Protocol, Post-Induction Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
I believe we are adaptable and can re-write our narrative to achieve our life goals and purpose. When we can see what is at the root causes of the issues that keep us from feeling safe and connected to ourselves and others then we are able to begin to live the life we envision for ourselves.
